- 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial banking operations - BBA, BCom, or MBA qualification - Knowledge of core banking processes including account management and transaction processing - Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts - Good verbal and written communication skills - Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel - Ability to follow established guidelines and work as an individual contributor within a team
