Job Description

Role Overview Infosys is looking for an experienced Associate Lead in Talent Acquisition to join its dynamic and collaborative HR team in Bengaluru. This is a full-cycle recruiting role that calls for a proactive talent professional with strong direct sourcing capabilities and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in building future-ready talent pipelines for critical business positions while contributing to the broader strategic goals of the Talent Acquisition function. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage talent pipelines for critical open roles using direct sourcing methods and advanced Boolean search techniques - Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies aligned with unit-level staffing plans and hiring guidelines - Manage candidate tracking, requisition workflows, and data accuracy within ATS platforms including IBM Kenexa - Partner with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams to drive hiring outcomes and ensure alignment with business priorities - Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and hiring trend evaluations to support data-driven recruitment decisions - Generate reports and insights from ATS and hiring metrics to identify gaps and improve recruitment effectiveness - Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in talent markets - Ensure full compliance with recruitment processes, audit standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent; three years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of each year of formal education - Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment - At least 3 years of direct sourcing experience with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms - Strong expertise in Boolean and string search techniques for talent identification - Experience in recruitment marketing, talent analytics, and employer branding - Solid understanding of Kenexa ATS workflows and candidate management processes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and recruitment dashboards Why Join Us Infosys is a globally recognized leader in digital services and consulting operating in over 50 countries, offering an always-on learning culture and unparalleled opportunities for career growth. Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment - At least 3 years of direct sourcing experience - Proficiency in Boolean and string search techniques - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals - Experience with IBM Kenexa ATS or similar applicant tracking systems - Ability to develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies - Experience in market analysis and hiring trend evaluation - Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills - Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding - Excellent reporting and data analysis capabilities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Ability to manage confidential information with integrity - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
