Role Overview Emeritus is a globally recognised EdTech company that partners with more than 65 top-tier universities across the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America to deliver high-quality executive education programs. With over 250,000 learners across 80+ countries and a valuation of $3.2 billion, Emeritus is rapidly expanding its enterprise presence across the APAC region. We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales leader to drive corporate account growth across the West region of India, targeting HR, L&D, and C-suite decision-makers. Key Responsibilities - Build and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts across the West region of India, targeting local companies, MNCs, and public or government sector organisations - Develop and lead high-value talent and leadership development conversations with CHROs, CLOs, L&D Heads, and C-suite executives - Create, pitch, and close large-scale enterprise deals by developing compelling and tailored proposals for corporate clients - Maintain and expand a strong professional network within the L&D and HR fraternity to generate and sustain a robust sales pipeline - Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting - Collaborate with internal teams on regional marketing and positioning strategies to support business growth targets - Consistently deliver individual sales contributions in the range of USD 500K to 800K per year Required Qualifications - Minimum 15 years of B2B corporate sales experience, ideally within Executive Education, HR Consulting, or L&D solutions - Proven track record of independently delivering USD 500K to 800K or more in annual sales - Deep understanding of the talent and leadership development landscape across India - Established relationships with senior HR and L&D professionals across leading organisations - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce - Bachelor's degree from a reputed university; a Master's degree is an added advantage - Prior experience selling online executive education or blended learning solutions to corporate clients is highly preferred Why Join Us Emeritus offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth, globally backed EdTech leader that is reshaping how professionals and organisations approach learning and development. Requirements

- 15+ years of B2B corporate sales experience in Executive Education, HR, or L&D consulting - Proven individual sales delivery of USD 500K to 800K per year - Strong network among CHRO, CLO, and L&D professionals across India - Experience engaging and pitching to C-suite and senior HR leadership - Ability to develop and close large enterprise deals with tailored proposals - Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce - Experience selling online or blended learning solutions to corporates is a strong plus - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred - Prior experience in a fast-growing or global company is an advantage
