Role Overview
Emeritus is a global leader in making high-quality education accessible and affordable by partnering with more than 65 top-tier universities across the US, Europe, Asia, and beyond. With over 250,000 learners across 80+ countries and a valuation of $3.2 billion, Emeritus is rapidly expanding its enterprise presence across the APAC region. This senior leadership role is a strategic opportunity to drive B2B sales and grow the corporate accounts portfolio across the West region of India.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts across West India with a focus on leadership and talent development solutions
- Engage and pitch to CHROs, CLOs, L&D Heads, and C-suite executives to position Emeritus enterprise offerings
- Develop and close large-value deals, consistently delivering USD 500K to 800K or more in annual individual sales
- Leverage an established network across HR and L&D professionals to generate a robust and sustainable pipeline
- Craft and present winning proposals tailored to corporate clients including local companies, MNCs, and public sector organisations
- Collaborate with internal teams to position blended learning and online executive education solutions effectively
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and client data using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of B2B corporate sales experience, preferably in Executive Education, HR or L&D consulting
- Proven individual sales track record of USD 500K to 800K or more per year
- Deep understanding of talent and leadership development conversations in the APAC and Indian markets
- Strong existing relationships with CHRO, CLO, and L&D leadership communities across leading Indian and multinational companies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the gravitas to engage CXO-level stakeholders
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university; a Master's degree is an added advantage
- Prior experience in EdTech, learning solutions, or executive education is a significant plus

Requirements
