Job Description

Role Overview AutoBSe is looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead vehicle auction operations with a primary focus on bank-seized assets. The role spans multiple vehicle segments including two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and commercial vehicles, and involves managing both physical and online auction formats. You will be expected to bring strong negotiation skills, a client-first mindset, and a proactive attitude toward growing buyer participation and generating leads. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end auction processes for used and repossessed vehicles across segments - Build and nurture relationships with potential buyers, dealers, and banking partners to schedule and execute successful auctions - Collaborate with banks to secure auction listings and coordinate inventory - Develop and implement auction strategies aimed at maximising sales revenue - Analyse market trends and vehicle pricing data to guide pricing decisions and bidding strategies - Conduct both offline and online auctions to ensure maximum buyer engagement - Train and supervise auction staff on procedures, compliance, and best practices - Address buyer concerns regarding vehicle quality and maintain transparency throughout the auction process - Coordinate with telecallers to connect with dealers and expand the client network - Maintain detailed auction reports and accurate records using Microsoft Excel Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of proven experience handling bank-seized vehicle auctions across diverse segments - Prior experience with a vehicle auction company is an added advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for payment follow-ups and customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and reporting - Working knowledge of English, Hindi, and the local Tamil language - High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability Why Join Us AutoBSe offers a dynamic work environment in the fast-growing used vehicle auction space with real opportunities to make an impact on sales strategy and client growth. Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in bank-seized vehicle auction management - Experience across 2-wheeler, 4-wheeler, and commercial vehicle segments - Prior experience with a vehicle auction company is preferred - Ability to create and maintain detailed auction reports - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil - High integrity and strong attention to detail
