Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts for domestic BPO operations. You will manage large-scale hiring initiatives and build a strong pipeline of quality candidates while mentoring your team to achieve aggressive hiring targets. This is a strategic role where you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and effective recruitment. Key Responsibilities - Manage complete end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring requirements in domestic BPO sector - Drive candidate sourcing through job portals, social media platforms, recruitment consultancies and employee referrals - Organize and execute walk-in interviews, mass recruitment drives and campus hiring programs - Lead and mentor talent acquisition team members to consistently meet hiring targets and turn-around times - Coordinate with operations and other departments for manpower planning and requirement analysis - Ensure quality of hires while maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports - Monitor and improve joining ratios, offer acceptance rates and onboarding success metrics - Develop and nurture candidate pipelines for both voice and non-voice BPO processes Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of proven experience as Assistant Manager in talent acquisition or recruitment - Strong background in domestic BPO hiring with understanding of volume hiring metrics - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers a dynamic work environment where you can grow your career in the BPO and talent acquisition space. Requirements

- 1 year minimum experience as Assistant Manager in recruitment - Strong expertise in volume and bulk hiring - Deep knowledge of domestic BPO hiring metrics and processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Team management and mentoring abilities - Ability to thrive in fast-paced target-driven environment - Experience with mass recruitment drives and campus hiring - Proficiency in recruitment MIS and reporting - Bachelor's degree in any discipline
