AR Caller - Voice Process US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview HCLTech is hiring experienced AR Callers for its US Healthcare Voice Process division at its Navalur, Chennai facility. This is a full-time night shift role focused on Revenue Cycle Management and denial handling for US-based healthcare clients. Immediate joiners are preferred for this urgent walk-in opportunity. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze denied insurance claims to identify root causes and recurring trends - Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement rates - Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims efficiently - Prepare and submit well-documented appeals for denied claims ensuring all supporting documentation is included - Monitor the status of submitted appeals and follow up proactively as required - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all denial management activities and their outcomes - Generate regular performance reports covering denial trends, appeal success rates, and key metrics for management review - Stay current with US healthcare industry regulations and payer policies to ensure ongoing compliance Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling within the US Healthcare domain - Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing processes - Hands-on experience in Denial Handling and insurance follow-up - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Familiarity with US payer policies, claim submission processes, and compliance standards - Willingness to work US shift hours (night shift) - Immediate availability to join is mandatory - Must carry updated resume, EPFO service history, and complete offer and relieving letters from all previous employers Why Join Us HCLTech is a globally recognized technology and healthcare BPO leader offering structured career growth and a professional work environment.
