You will work with various healthcare specialties and ensure accurate claim processing through systematic verification and follow-up. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze claim form 1500 to ensure accurate billing information and compliance - Utilize coding tools such as CCI and McKesson to validate and optimize medical codes for various specialties - Verify claim status, eligibility, and coverage details through payer websites - Work with Clearing House systems like Waystar for claim submissions and tracking - Conduct voice-based communication with payers and medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies - Handle specialties including cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery Required Qualifications - Complete graduate degree from a recognized university - Minimum 2 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling - Proficiency in medical coding tools including CCI and McKesson - Knowledge of claim form 1500 and healthcare billing forms - Familiarity with payer websites and Clearing House systems like Waystar - Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with payers and medical staff - Comfortable working in night shifts and ready to join immediately Why Join Us Sutherland offers competitive compensation with night shift allowance and transportation bonus up to 3500.
