AR Caller - Physician Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview We are urgently hiring experienced AR Callers for our healthcare revenue cycle management team at Sutherland. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing claim forms while communicating with payers and medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies. This role requires expertise in medical coding tools, claim form validation, and healthcare billing processes. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze claim form 1500 to ensure accurate and compliant billing information - Validate and optimize medical codes using CCI and McKesson coding tools - Verify claim status, eligibility, and coverage details through payer websites - Communicate with payers and medical staff via phone to resolve billing issues and facilitate claims processing - Work with Clearing House systems like Waystar for claim submissions and management Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree graduate from any discipline - Minimum 2 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling - Proficiency in medical coding tools such as CCI and McKesson - Working knowledge of claim form 1500 and healthcare billing forms - Understanding of Clearing House systems like Waystar and e-commerce platforms - Familiarity with multiple medical specialties including cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery - Excellent verbal communication skills - Availability to work night shifts immediately Why Join Us Sutherland offers competitive compensation with night shift allowance, fixed weekend offs, and self-transportation bonus up to Rs 3500.
