AR Caller - Hospital Billing

Role Overview Sutherland is actively hiring experienced AR Callers for its Hospital Billing team based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time permanent opportunity suited for professionals with a strong background in US healthcare revenue cycle management, UB04 claim processing, and payer communication. Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze UB04 claim forms to ensure all billing information is accurate and complete - Use medical coding tools such as CCI and McKesson to validate and optimize codes for claim submissions - Verify claim status, patient eligibility, and coverage details through payer websites - Apply CPT codes and modifiers correctly across multiple medical specialties including cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery - Submit claims through Clearing House platforms such as Waystar and other e-commerce systems - Conduct voice-based follow-ups with payers and medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely claim resolution Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management and AR calling - Working knowledge of UB04 and other healthcare billing forms - Proficiency in coding tools like CCI and McKesson - Familiarity with payer portals and their verification processes - Understanding of Clearing House systems such as Waystar - Strong verbal communication skills in English - Any graduate degree is acceptable - Willingness to work fixed night shifts Why Join Us Sutherland offers a structured work environment with fixed weekend offs, two-way cab facility, and additional transportation benefits, making it an attractive workplace for healthcare billing professionals looking to grow in the US RCM domain.

- Night shift allowance of 100 per working day - Fixed Saturday and Sunday week offs - Two-way cab facility within 25 km radius - Self-transportation bonus up to 3500 per month
