Accounts Receivable Caller - AR Caller

Role Overview Sutherland is hiring experienced AR Callers to join its healthcare revenue cycle management team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, permanent night shift role suited for candidates with a solid background in physician billing, medical coding, and insurance claim follow-up. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze UB04 claim forms to ensure all billing information is accurate and complete - Use medical coding tools such as CCI and McKesson to validate and optimize procedure and diagnosis codes - Access payer websites to verify claim status, patient eligibility, and coverage details - Handle voice-based communication with insurance payers and internal medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies - Submit claims through Clearing House systems including Waystar and other electronic platforms - Apply CPT code ranges and modifiers accurately for specialties including cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling - Working knowledge of claim form UB04 and other standard healthcare billing documents - Proficiency in medical coding tools such as CCI and McKesson - Familiarity with insurance payer portals and claim adjudication processes - Experience using Clearing House systems like Waystar - Strong verbal communication skills in English - Any graduate degree accepted - Must be comfortable working night shifts from the office Why Join Us Sutherland offers a stable work environment with structured night shift support including two-way cab facility, fixed weekend offs, and additional transportation benefits.
