Accounts Receivable Caller - AR Caller

Role Overview Sutherland is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Caller to join its healthcare revenue cycle management team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time night shift role suited for professionals with hands-on experience in physician billing, claim processing, and AR follow-up. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of UB04 claim forms, medical coding platforms, and clearing house systems. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze UB04 claim forms to ensure all billing information is complete and accurate - Use coding tools such as CCI and McKesson to validate and optimize medical procedure codes - Access payer websites to verify claim status, patient eligibility, and coverage details - Apply CPT code ranges and modifiers for precise billing across multiple medical specialties - Submit and track claims through clearing house platforms including Waystar and other e-commerce portals - Conduct voice-based follow-ups with insurance payers and medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies - Support claim processing workflows for specialties including cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling - Graduate degree in any discipline - Proficiency in medical coding tools such as CCI and McKesson - Solid understanding of UB04 and other standard healthcare billing forms - Familiarity with payer portals and their claim adjudication processes - Working knowledge of clearing house systems like Waystar - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to work night shifts from office - Ability to join immediately or within a 15-day notice period Why Join Us Sutherland offers a structured and employee-friendly work environment with fixed weekend offs, two-way cab facility, and additional night shift and transport allowances.
