Accounts Receivable Caller - AR Caller

Role Overview Sutherland is looking for experienced AR Callers to join its healthcare revenue cycle management team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, permanent night shift role suited for candidates with a solid background in physician billing, medical coding, and payer communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working from the office and ready to join within 15 days. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze UB04 claim forms to ensure billing information is complete and accurate - Use coding tools such as CCI and McKesson to validate and optimize medical codes for claim submissions - Access payer websites to verify claim status, patient eligibility, and coverage information - Apply CPT code ranges and appropriate modifiers for precise billing across multiple medical specialties - Submit claims through Clearing House systems including Waystar and other e-commerce billing platforms - Conduct voice-based follow-up calls with insurance payers and medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely claim processing - Handle accounts across specialties such as cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling - Graduate degree in any discipline - Proficiency in medical coding tools including CCI and McKesson - Working knowledge of UB04 and other standard healthcare billing forms - Familiarity with payer portals and their verification processes - Experience using Clearing House systems such as Waystar - Strong verbal communication skills for payer and provider interactions - Willingness to work fixed night shifts from the office - Ability to join immediately or within 15 days Why Join Us Sutherland offers a structured and employee-friendly work environment with fixed weekend offs, cab facility, and additional financial benefits including a night shift allowance and self-transportation bonus.
