Workday Integration Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Engineer to support enterprise Workday implementations by designing, developing, and managing integrations across multiple systems and environments. In this Developer III position, you will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive integration development, system enhancements, and large-scale rollout initiatives while ensuring seamless and secure data flow across platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio technologies - Support inbound and outbound integrations across HCM, Finance, and external systems while managing data flow - Design and develop SnapLogic integration pipelines, manage artifacts including pipelines, snaps, configurations, and endpoints - Perform data transformation, API integrations, file transfers via SFTP, and work with Azure API Management for API lifecycle management - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration workflows while ensuring secure and compliant data flow across all platforms Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Workday integrations and related technologies - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline - Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Integration technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio - Proven experience with SnapLogic integration development and Azure API Management implementation - Solid knowledge of API integrations, JSON, XML, REST and SOAP protocols with data transformation skills Why Join Us Join UST as a Developer III and work on enterprise-scale integration solutions that impact global business operations.
