Varicent Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Varicent Consultant to join our Digital Customer team at Deloitte. You will integrate with talented colleagues across core domains and work on integrated solutions that leverage your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop reports and dashboards using Varicent v7 and above, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards - Extract, cleanse, aggregate and analyze data from multiple databases including Oracle, SQL Server and Teradata for business intelligence purposes - Create and modify calculations, views and data stores in Varicent while managing complex data structures and transformations - Lead routine conference calls and client-facing meetings to discuss project requirements, document action items and ensure timely delivery of solutions - Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data change requests from clients while maintaining data quality standards for production reports - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a logical manner, identifying data discrepancies and implementing structural data validation checks - Develop comprehensive documentation for delivered solutions and assist in all phases of testing and quality assurance - Respond to incident and service requests within defined SLAs and manage break-fix and enhancement requests Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Varicent Tool version 7 and above - Strong experience with SPM technologies and Sales Performance Management concepts - Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for writing complex database queries - Experience in creating web reporting portals with data extraction, loading and testing capabilities - Knowledge of database management concepts and tools with exposure to multiple database platforms - Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards based on business requirements - Excellent communication, presentation and articulation skills in both verbal and non-verbal communication - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint Why Join Us Join Deloitte's creative digital consultancy where you will work with world-class professionals on transformative client projects.
