Job Description

Role Overview Omega Healthcare is looking for a skilled and experienced AR Process Trainer to join our Revenue Cycle Management team across Chennai and Hyderabad locations. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in AR calling, denial management, and medical billing, combined with proven experience in training and developing healthcare staff. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about knowledge transfer and process excellence in the US healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities - Deliver training sessions on AR calling, denial management, and end-to-end RCM processes to new and existing staff - Provide transition support and help orient newly onboarded leaders and process teams - Develop high-quality training content using tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AR and medical billing workflows including dental billing and hospital billing - Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training gaps and implement improvement plans - Track trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure process accuracy and efficiency Required Qualifications - Minimum 4.5 years of hands-on experience in AR calling and denial management within the US healthcare or RCM domain - Prior experience as a Trainer, Process Coach, or Subject Matter Expert is mandatory - Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Hands-on experience with e-learning content development tools like Articulate or Adobe Captivate - Exposure to dental billing or hospital billing processes is preferred - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills - Any graduate degree is acceptable Why Join Us Omega Healthcare is a leading name in healthcare BPO services with a strong reputation for employee growth and process innovation. Requirements

- Minimum 4.5 years of experience in AR calling and denial management - Mandatory experience as a Trainer, Process Coach, or SME - Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing processes - Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Hands-on experience with Articulate or Adobe Captivate for content development - Exposure to dental or hospital billing is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Any graduate degree required
