Role Overview
Omega Healthcare is actively hiring freshers for the role of AR Associate in its International Voice Process division. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in accounts receivable, medical billing, and financial operations within a globally recognised healthcare management company. Selected candidates will work the US time zone shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes with a high degree of accuracy and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with the medical billing team to ensure invoices are raised on time and payments are collected without delays
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce outstanding dues and improve overall cash flow for the organisation
- Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve client inquiries and billing disputes
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in the AR cycle
- Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and standard procedures related to accounts receivable management
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate degree from a recognised university
- Good command over spoken and written English with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail
