Job Description

Role Overview Omega Healthcare is urgently hiring freshers for the role of AR Associate in its International Voice Process division based in Trichy. This is a full-time, permanent night shift opportunity ideal for graduates who are fluent in English and eager to build a career in healthcare accounts receivable and medical billing. With 100 open positions, this is an excellent entry point into the growing healthcare BPO sector. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency - Coordinate with the medical billing team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection - Develop and implement strategies to reduce outstanding accounts and improve cash flow - Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve client inquiries and billing disputes - Analyze financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities within the AR process - Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - Good fluency in spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills - Willingness to work US time zone night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Why Join Us Omega Healthcare is a globally recognised leader in healthcare management solutions, offering freshers a structured environment to grow in the international voice and medical billing domain.
