Trainee Process Associate - AR Caller (Fresher)

Role Overview AGS Health, a leading healthcare revenue cycle management company, is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for fresh graduates to join its International Voice Process team as Trainee Process Associates. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in US healthcare accounts receivable (AR) and medical billing operations. Key Responsibilities Selected candidates will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable by making and receiving calls, conducting thorough analysis of assigned claims, and driving them toward resolution. This includes leveraging internal tools and applications to progress accounts toward outcomes such as payment collection, claim resubmission, appeals processing, patient transfers, or appropriate adjustments. Associates are expected to identify and report recurring denial patterns, credentialing issues, and billing errors to the reporting manager. Timely and accurate updates in the billing system, adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance with defined policies and procedures are core expectations of this role. Continuous self-improvement based on quality audit feedback is also integral to success in this position. Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a graduate degree in BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, or B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Mathematics), or a 10+2 Diploma. Only graduates from the pass-out years 2020 to 2025 are eligible. Candidates with B.E, B.Tech, MBA, MCA, ME, or M.Tech degrees are not eligible to apply.
