AR Caller - Physician Billing (Process Associate / Sr Process Associate)

Role Overview AGS Health is urgently hiring experienced AR Callers for its International Voice Process team based in Chennai. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable calling, Denial Management, and Physician Billing within the US healthcare domain. Candidates who can join immediately are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Call US insurance companies on behalf of doctors and physicians to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable - Analyze pending claims and identify top denial reasons to ensure timely resolution - Perform thorough review of AR data and work on denial management for physician and hospital billing accounts - Maintain working knowledge of the complete Revenue Cycle Management process - Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by the operations team Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling with a focus on denial management for physician billing or hospital billing - Any graduate or intermediate qualification accepted - Strong verbal communication skills in English - Willingness to work fixed night shift hours (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) - Ability to join immediately upon selection Why Join Us AGS Health is a leading healthcare IT and RCM services company offering a structured work environment with a 5-day workweek, two-way transport, and a comprehensive benefits package.
