Trainee Process Associate AR Caller

Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join AGS Health as a Trainee Process Associate AR Caller on an international voice process. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable calls, analyzing outstanding accounts, and driving resolution through effective communication and utilization of available tools and resources. Key Responsibilities - Address and manage outstanding accounts receivable through detailed analysis and phone calls using all available resources - Utilize billing systems and applications to move accounts toward resolution including payment collection, corrected submissions, appeals processing, or claim adjustments - Report trends and patterns in claim denials, submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing-related challenges to the reporting manager - Meet established Service Level Agreements for production metrics and quality standards - Maintain clear and coherent documentation of call outcomes and analysis in the billing system - Follow all process policies and procedures while staying updated on regulatory changes - Continuously improve performance based on feedback from managers and quality audit teams Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics), Life Sciences, or MBA - Graduation year between 2020 and 2025 - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work night shifts (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) with flexibility - Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities - Willingness to work in a structured BPO environment Why Join Us AGS Health offers competitive compensation of 2,04,000 base salary plus 1,02,000 in performance incentives, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PF, ESI, and gratuity, along with free two-way cab transportation.
