AR Caller International Voice Process Fresher

Role Overview AGS Health is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join its International Voice Process team in Jaipur as AR Callers. This is an excellent opportunity for Life Science and other eligible graduates to kickstart their careers in healthcare revenue cycle management. You will be part of a dedicated team that ensures timely and accurate resolution of insurance claims for healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to insurance companies for follow-ups and resolution of pending claims - Address patient billing queries and provide clear, professional guidance over the phone - Coordinate with internal departments to identify and resolve claim discrepancies - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, communications, and claim statuses - Adhere to healthcare compliance standards and regulatory requirements at all times Required Qualifications - Graduates from the batch years 2020 to 2025 with no active backlogs - Life Science graduates are strongly preferred and encouraged to apply - B.Tech and B.E. graduates are not eligible for this role - Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential - Good analytical thinking and logical reasoning abilities Why Join Us AGS Health is a trusted name in healthcare business process management with a strong focus on employee growth and career development.
