Trainee Process Associate - AR Caller

Role Overview AGS Health, a leading healthcare analytics and revenue cycle management company, is actively seeking motivated graduate freshers to join its growing team as Trainee Process Associates in the AR Calling domain. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to launch a career in US healthcare billing and international voice processes. The role is based out of the Chennai OMR office and involves working in US time zone shifts. Key Responsibilities As a Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding accounts receivable by conducting detailed analysis and making outbound calls to US-based insurance payers. You will leverage internal tools and systems to drive claims toward resolution through payment, corrected resubmission, appeals, or appropriate adjustments. Identifying and reporting patterns in claim denials, credentialing gaps, and billing roadblocks to your team lead will be a core part of your daily workflow. You will be expected to consistently meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both productivity and quality benchmarks. Accurate and clear documentation of all call outcomes and analysis in the billing platform is essential. You will also be required to adhere to and stay current with all relevant process policies and procedures, and actively incorporate feedback from quality audits and managers to continuously improve your performance. Required Qualifications Graduate freshers with degrees in BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, or B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Mathematics) from the 2020–2025 pass-out batch are eligible. Please note that Diploma holders and candidates with B.E., B.Tech, ME, or M.Tech degrees are not eligible for this role.
