Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager

Role Overview GLOBELANCE is looking for a seasoned Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager to spearhead TPM initiatives and champion operational excellence across the organisation. This is a senior leadership role suited to a professional with deep expertise in TPM methodologies, JIPM and CII certifications, and a proven ability to reduce equipment downtime while building a strong culture of continuous improvement. Based in Tamil Nadu, the role offers a competitive compensation package of up to 22 LPA. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive TPM strategies to boost equipment efficiency, reliability, and overall plant performance - Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, analysing, and eliminating equipment-related losses and production inefficiencies - Design and deliver training programmes for employees at all levels on TPM principles, tools, and best practices - Track, measure, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing TPM activities - Work closely with maintenance and production teams to align efforts with organisational TPM goals - Conduct regular audits and assessments to sustain and accelerate the culture of continuous improvement - Prepare detailed progress reports and present TPM outcomes and insights to senior management - Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, innovations, and global best practices in TPM Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline - Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in TPM or equivalent roles with a demonstrable record of success - Mandatory certification from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels - Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and managing cross-functional teams - Proficiency in TPM tools, methodologies, and lean manufacturing principles Why Join Us GLOBELANCE offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your expertise will make a tangible impact on operational performance.
