Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with internal engineering teams to deliver a seamless support experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by customers
- Assist customers with product setup, installation, and configuration
- Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system
- Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and resolve complex technical problems
- Conduct product training sessions for customers whenever required
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer-facing IT role
- Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting methodologies
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and documentation practices
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
