Supply Chain Network Analytics and Insights Engineer II

Role Overview Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team is seeking a skilled Analytics and Insights Engineer II to join the Supply Chain and Network Operations practice. In this role, you will work at the intersection of advanced analytics, data engineering, and supply chain strategy to help clients transform their operations through data-driven insights. You will operate independently or as part of a cross-functional team, delivering high-quality analytical solutions while collaborating with onsite and offshore colleagues. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with analytics teams to manage, process, and interpret both large-scale and small-scale data sets - Build impactful data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI to communicate insights effectively - Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data across relational and non-relational databases including MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB - Apply analytical and statistical techniques using Python, R, SPSS, Minitab, and Excel to support business decisions - Work with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or Alteryx to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes - Troubleshoot data visualization failures, database connectivity issues, and data processing errors within Tableau and related platforms - Identify and resolve technical data issues while ensuring insights align with client business needs - Mentor junior team members and liaise with onsite and offshore stakeholders to understand functional requirements Required Qualifications - 3 to 10 years of experience in data visualization and analytics, preferably including Tableau troubleshooting - 3 or more years of experience with statistical and analytical software such as R, SAS, SPSS Statistics, SPSS Modeler, Minitab, or Matlab - Hands-on experience with supply chain analytics and familiarity with data sources from SAP Planning or Oracle Planning modules - Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages including R and SQL - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Power BI - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration from a recognized institution in India or abroad Why Join Us Deloitte offers a purpose-driven culture with outstanding opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and meaningful client impact.
