Job Description

Role Overview Ventra Health is looking for an experienced and driven Supervisor for its Denials Management team based in Hyderabad. In this full-time permanent role, you will lead a team of Coding Denial Specialists responsible for managing claim edits, rejection work queues, and timely resolution of health plan denials. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in physician medical billing to step into a supervisory role within a growing healthcare services organization. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coding denial team to ensure consistent workflow and productivity - Ensure timely investigation, follow-up, and resolution of all health plan denials - Develop, implement, and maintain denial management policies and standard operating procedures - Monitor team performance and productivity metrics and generate regular reports for management review - Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to team members to strengthen their skills in denial handling and claim research - Determine appropriate corrective actions for complex or escalated health plan denial cases Required Qualifications - Minimum of 3 months of internal experience with Ventra Health - One to three years of hands-on experience in physician medical billing with a focus on claim denials and research - Current production and performance rating of 95 percent or above - Current attendance rating of 95 percent or above - Any graduate degree from a recognized university Why Join Us Ventra Health offers a structured and collaborative work environment where your leadership skills will make a direct impact on operational outcomes. Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in physician medical billing with focus on claim denials - Minimum 3 months of prior experience with Ventra Health - Strong understanding of health plan denial investigation and resolution processes - Ability to monitor team performance and generate productivity reports - Experience implementing and maintaining denial management policies - Excellent training and team supervision skills - Current production and performance rating of at least 95 percent - Current attendance rating of at least 95 percent - Any graduate degree
