Sr Insurance Associate

Role Overview MetLife is seeking a Sr Insurance Associate to join our global operations team in Noida. In this hybrid role, you will maintain provider records, research discrepancies in systems, and validate billing data to support accurate claim processing. Key Responsibilities - Create, update, and systematically maintain provider records in internal database systems - Conduct deep research across multiple mainframes and applications to resolve provider discrepancies - Validate billing and rendering information for completeness and accuracy according to guidelines - Update internal logs and records efficiently based on actions taken - Coordinate with process specialists and escalate complex data issues to supervisors - Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality service and data integrity Required Qualifications - Strong keyboarding and data entry speed of minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy - Good written and oral communication skills in English, with strong comprehension abilities - Basic knowledge of US Insurance industry principles and terminology is highly preferred - Ability to work on multiple computer screens and navigate applications efficiently - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel to Noida office at least 3 days a week Why Join Us MetLife is recognized among the World's Most Admired Companies, offering a highly collaborative and supportive work culture.
