Director, Automation & Technology Adoption

Role Overview MetLife is seeking a Director of Automation and Technology Adoption to lead digital transformation for our Insurance Operations in Noida. This role serves as a strategic link between operations, technology teams, and global business partners. Our mission is to accelerate technology adoption to deliver superior efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Shape and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap for core insurance operations - Re-engineer processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and automation to improve productivity - Build compelling business cases and oversee complex programs from design to implementation - Govern transformation programs and verify that targeted business benefits are fully realized - Advocate for organizational change, helping team members adapt to new systems and workflows - Collaborate across offshore and onshore operating teams to identify replication opportunities - Support quality-centric solutions and project outcomes within established timelines Required Qualifications - Prior leadership experience in digital transformation, process re-engineering, or automation - Practical familiarity with workflows, Power Apps, and agile development methodologies - Deep knowledge of operations, data analytics, and business case development - Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional, ITIL, or Six Sigma - Strong leadership, collaboration, and executive-level storytelling capabilities Why Join Us MetLife is recognized as one of the World's Most Admired Companies, fostering a supportive environment that values purpose-driven work.
