Sr Insurance Associate

Role Overview MetLife is seeking a Sr Insurance Associate for our hybrid operations team in Noida. You will be responsible for creating, validating, and maintaining provider database records and resolving discrepancies between submitted claims and referral systems. Key Responsibilities - Create, validate, and update provider billing and rendering records in internal databases. - Perform detailed research across multiple mainframe systems and applications to resolve provider data issues. - Maintain accurate and complete database logs based on actions and calls. - Coordinate with process specialists to resolve challenging data validation scenarios. - Work effectively to meet and exceed daily transaction speed and accuracy targets. - Adapt to changes in routine or standardized transaction processing procedures. Required Qualifications - University degree in any discipline (freshers are welcome to apply). - Keyboard data entry speed of at least 30 words per minute with 90 percent accuracy. - Good English communication skills, including reading, writing, and comprehension. - Comfort navigating multiple database screens and applications. - Ability to work rotational shifts in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days in office).
