Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a Specialist in Intercompany Finance to join our Finance & Accounting team in Pune. This is a fixed-term employment position for 12 months. You will support critical financial processes including accounts payable and receivable operations while managing intercompany reconciliations and driving continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities - Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with strong oversight and accuracy - Perform MEC and SOA reconciliations as per standard procedures and timelines - Handle escalations from stakeholders and mentor team members on best practices - Conduct monthly meetings with stakeholders to share business metrics and understand customer expectations - Drive team performance on KPI metrics including AP and AR aging analysis - Identify process improvement opportunities and eliminate non-value added activities - Operate independently with minimal supervision while meeting all project deadlines Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification - 4 to 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting field - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on exposure in Finance and Accounting processes in BPO industry - Strong knowledge of intercompany functions and accounting principles - Proficiency in MS Office applications at basic level minimum - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in complex environments - High attention to detail with ability to multitask effectively - Ability to manage processes independently and drive deliverables Why Join Us Flex offers competitive benefits including paid time off and comprehensive health insurance coverage. Requirements

- 4 to 6 years of Finance and Accounting experience - Minimum 4+ years in BPO Finance and Accounting processes - Bachelor's in Commerce or MBA in Finance - Intercompany reconciliation and accounting knowledge - Accounts payable and accounts receivable expertise - MEC and SOA reconciliation experience - MS Office proficiency - Strong communication skills - Problem-solving ability - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Multitasking capability with high attention to detail - Understanding of global financial processes
