Role Overview
Lennox, a globally recognised leader in HVAC and refrigeration solutions with over 130 years of industry legacy, is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Chennai team. This is a full-time, mid-senior level role that sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creativity. You will take ownership of digital channels, campaigns, and projects that support both brand growth and lead generation across B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the business unit websites including CMS updates, landing page creation, content publishing, SEO optimisation, and UX improvements
- Monitor website analytics and continuously improve performance based on KPIs and user insights
- Execute marketing automation workflows on Salesforce Marketing Cloud including email builds, audience segmentation, journey design, and nurture programs
- Develop and implement full-funnel lead generation strategies across paid search, social media, display, and organic channels
- Build and maintain integrated media plans aligned to campaign goals, audience segments, and budget allocations
- Apply SEO principles to improve organic visibility and use analytics platforms to track channel and campaign performance
- Build dashboards, extract actionable insights, and translate data into optimisation recommendations
- Manage digital marketing projects end to end, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Plan and govern content across email, social media, websites, and other digital channels ensuring brand consistency and lead generation alignment
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and global teams to produce high-quality digital assets
Required Qualifications
- 8 or more years of proven experience in digital marketing, project management, and content strategy
- Hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing environments
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEO tools, and analytics software
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with global and distributed teams
- Proficiency in performance reporting, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights
