Social Media Management Trainee

Role Overview RegTrac is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing and Digital Content Creation Trainee to join our dynamic marketing team in Chennai. You will gain real-world exposure to branding, campaign execution, and content strategy while working alongside an experienced marketing team. Key Responsibilities - Design creative graphics and visual assets using Canva for marketing and promotional activities - Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube - Develop templates for presentations, reports, banners, infographics, email creatives, and social media posts - Assist in creating carousel creatives, stories, and basic ad visuals for social media campaigns - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support product launches, events, and ongoing campaign needs - Ensure all design outputs are consistent with brand guidelines in terms of colors, fonts, and visual style - Help maintain and organize digital assets and templates within Canva Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field (or currently pursuing) - Basic knowledge of Canva or any other graphic design tool - Genuine interest in social media trends and digital marketing - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Creative mindset with willingness to learn and adapt quickly - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently - Exposure to Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an added advantage - Prior internship or academic project experience in marketing or design is preferred Why Join Us This role offers a learning-focused and supportive work environment where freshers can kickstart their careers in marketing and design with hands-on experience across real-time campaigns and live projects.
