Site Manager

Role Overview HungerBox, India's leading institutional food technology company, is looking for a driven and experienced Site Manager to oversee cafeteria operations at one of its client locations in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the dining facility while upholding the highest standards of service, hygiene, and food safety. You will act as the central point of coordination between vendors, staff, and clients to deliver an exceptional workplace dining experience. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all daily cafeteria operations and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery - Coordinate with food vendors and manage procurement and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage - Monitor food quality and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations - Supervise, guide, and motivate on-site staff to maintain high performance and team cohesion - Address and resolve customer concerns, vendor issues, and operational challenges in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to boost operational efficiency - Maintain accurate records related to inventory, vendor agreements, and daily operations Required Qualifications - Proven experience in operations, facilities management, or food service management - Strong vendor coordination and inventory management capabilities - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills - Good working knowledge of basic computer applications and willingness to adopt new operational tools - Effective team leadership and supervisory skills with a collaborative approach - Degree or certification in hospitality, business management, or a related discipline is an added advantage Why Join Us HungerBox is transforming the way institutional dining works across India, and this role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative, fast-growing organization.
