Site Engineer

Role Overview RKR Engineering Chennai is a well-established firm specialising in the design, manufacturing, and supply of structural components, along with the erection of pre-engineered buildings (PEBs) for warehouses, commercial spaces, utility buildings, and hangars. We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our on-site team in Chennai and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site role offering hands-on experience in structural and civil engineering operations. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution - Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all construction phases - Coordinate with civil engineers and cross-functional teams for timely project delivery - Identify on-site challenges and implement effective problem-solving measures - Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders - Ensure compliance with structural engineering principles and safety guidelines Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field - Working knowledge of structural engineering concepts and practices - Proficiency in quality control processes on construction sites - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with civil engineers and other professionals - Prior experience in the construction industry is an added advantage Why Join Us Joining RKR Engineering means being part of a growing team that delivers impactful infrastructure projects across multiple industries.
