Senior Technical Recruiter - Domestic Staffing

Role Overview Advent Global Solutions is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Technical Recruiter to become a key part of our domestic staffing and talent acquisition team in Bangalore. This is a full-time opportunity suited for professionals with a solid background in end-to-end IT recruitment who can independently manage hiring for a wide range of technology roles. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT positions from sourcing to onboarding - Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Naukri and Monster, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks - Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical evaluation panels - Build and sustain a robust pipeline of skilled technical talent across various technology domains - Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer rollout process efficiently - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS and recruitment databases Required Qualifications - 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT or technical recruitment within a domestic staffing environment - Strong understanding of technology roles, programming languages, and technical skill sets - Proven experience using sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice, or similar platforms - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities - Demonstrated stakeholder management and salary negotiation capabilities Why Join Us Advent Global Solutions offers a dynamic and growth-focused work environment where recruiters are empowered to make a real impact on talent strategy.
