Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Embedded and Semiconductor Hiring

Role Overview LeadSoc Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Embedded Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity suited for a mid-senior level HR professional with deep expertise in hiring for niche technical domains including Embedded Systems, Automotive, Semiconductor, and Product Engineering. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sourcer who can collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Embedded and Semiconductor roles from sourcing to offer closure - Source and attract top candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and professional networking - Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical job requirements and domain fit - Coordinate and schedule technical interviews while managing timely communication with all stakeholders - Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demands - Track recruitment progress using hiring trackers and ensure all targets are consistently achieved Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment - Demonstrated expertise in hiring for roles involving Embedded Software, Firmware, Linux, Device Drivers, BSP, Automotive, Semiconductor, and IoT - Working knowledge of technologies including Embedded C/C++, Linux, RTOS, AUTOSAR, Yocto, ARM, CAN, and Ethernet - Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri for candidate sourcing - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred Why Join Us LeadSoc Technologies offers a dynamic work environment where talent acquisition professionals play a critical role in building high-impact engineering teams. - 5 or more years of technical recruitment experience - Experience hiring for Embedded Software, Firmware, Linux, BSP, and IoT roles - Knowledge of Embedded C/C++, RTOS, AUTOSAR, Yocto, ARM, CAN, and Ethernet technologies - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri - Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to manage stakeholders and drive end-to-end recruitment - Immediate joiners preferred
