Job Description

Role Overview Jaro Education, a leading e-learning provider, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performing B2C sales team. This is a full-time, mid-senior level opportunity based across multiple locations including Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, NCR, Noida, and Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales leader who can drive revenue growth and inspire working professionals to enrol in Executive Education programs offered by top universities and prestigious institutes. Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and mentor a B2C sales team to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow enrolments in Executive Education programs - Manage daily sales operations with precision and ensure high team productivity - Actively engage with working professionals and guide them through the enrolment journey - Optimize sales processes, identify growth opportunities, and build lasting relationships with prospective learners - Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales with proven team handling and leadership skills - Demonstrated experience in EdTech, education technology, or academic and degree sales - Strong ability to motivate teams, manage targets, and work in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills - Prior experience in selling professional or executive education programs is a strong advantage Why Join Us Jaro Education partners with some of India's top universities and institutes to deliver world-class executive learning experiences. Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience with team handling responsibilities - Background in EdTech, education technology, or academic and degree sales - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Experience engaging working professionals and selling executive education or upskilling programs
