Senior Sales Associate - International BPO (Blended Process)

Role Overview Sutherland is urgently hiring Senior Sales Associates for an International Blended Process (Voice and Semi-Voice) role based out of Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time permanent opportunity suited for candidates with a strong background in international BPO sales and exceptional English communication skills. Only applicants currently residing in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai will be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound interactions for an international blended process involving voice and semi-voice channels - Drive sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities in every customer interaction - Meet and exceed defined monthly and weekly sales targets consistently - Deliver a high standard of customer experience while maintaining product and process knowledge - Work efficiently in night rotational shifts as per business requirements Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO with a focus on sales processes - C1 level English communication skills are mandatory for this role - Any graduate qualification is acceptable - Strong convincing ability and comfort with target-driven sales environments - Must be a current resident of Mumbai or Navi Mumbai Why Join Us Sutherland offers a competitive monthly salary of up to 40,000 along with a dedicated travel allowance of 3,500 and performance-based incentives.
