Senior Manager - HR Operations

Role Overview The Glove is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in HR Operations to join its People Services Global Hub Operations team in Bangalore. This hybrid role involves a mid-shift schedule (12 PM to 10 PM, flexible) with a 4 to 5 hour overlap with US working hours, and includes cab facility. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in US HR Operations within a Global Shared Services environment, covering areas such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Total Rewards, Leave of Absence, and Learning Administration. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee all HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with regional regulations and organizational policies - Set strategic direction for the team while managing and monitoring service level KPIs and SLAs across all HR processes - Maintain Workday HRIS data with 100 percent accuracy and integrity while also managing escalated employee queries within defined timelines - Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation across HR functions using CORE and LEAN methodologies - Partner with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards COEs, Payroll teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable and compliant HR services - Monitor audit readiness and participate in internal and external audits as required - Leverage HRIS, case management tools, and self-service platforms to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience - Support talent development, succession planning, workload management, and documentation of process controls and DTPs - Analyze work process design and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement process improvements Required Qualifications - Masters degree or professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CEBS in a related discipline - 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Global HR Operations or Shared Services - Proven experience leading teams within an HR shared services environment covering the full employee lifecycle - Hands-on experience managing data in HRIS systems, preferably Workday - Strong understanding of data protection legislation and experience handling sensitive data requests - Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and risk awareness - Comfort working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with cross-functional stakeholders - Offshore transition experience will be considered an added advantage Why Join Us This is a high-impact leadership role offering you the opportunity to shape and elevate HR operations at a global scale within a forward-thinking organization.
