Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid work environment across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Vadodara. This role operates on a US shift and requires someone who can bridge the gap between business units and the finance function while delivering high-quality reporting and analytics to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary liaison between business and finance teams, addressing queries and resolving financial concerns promptly - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes on a regular basis - Prepare and publish monthly profit and loss reports along with key operational and financial metrics such as utilisation, span of control, blended rate, cost per FTE, and cost of delivery - Consolidate multi-dimensional data from finance, HR, and operations teams to generate meaningful insights, dashboards, and analytics - Analyse monthly performance data to identify root causes of shortfalls and compare results against benchmark metrics - Monitor and maintain data accuracy in the sales pipeline, and report periodically on deal ageing, dormant opportunities, book-to-bill ratio, and sales coverage - Own the monthly forecasting exercise for business units and track periodic movement in the sales pipeline Required Qualifications - Qualified CA or MBA in Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, MIS, and executive dashboard preparation - Prior experience in an IT Services environment is mandatory - Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Power Query - Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting Executive Leadership Team analytics Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established corporate organisation and gain direct exposure to senior leadership.
