Financial Analyst II

Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business unit performance and strategic planning - Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate various business scenarios and aid management decision-making - Work closely with cross-functional teams to track, monitor, and report on key financial and operational performance metrics - Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards - Identify gaps in existing processes and drive implementation of best practices in financial analysis and reporting Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification such as CA, CMA, CFA, or CPA is mandatory - 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis or a comparable finance role - Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and tools including Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is an added advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders Why Join Us ICON offers a competitive total rewards package and a genuinely inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and supported.
