Senior Field HR Specialist - Employee Relations

Role Overview NCR Voyix Corporation is a global leader in unified commerce solutions for the retail and restaurant industries, serving customers across more than 35 countries. We are looking for a Senior Field HR Specialist with a strong background in employee and labor relations to join our India team and support the broader APAC region. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner between the HR function and business leadership, ensuring that people practices align with both company values and regional labor regulations. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement employee and labor relations strategies that support business goals - Provide expert guidance on labor matters, performance management, and organizational change initiatives - Lead and manage end-to-end employee relations programs in compliance with India labor laws and APAC regulations - Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee complaints and grievances and ensure timely resolutions - Coach and advise managers on effective leadership practices and conflict resolution - Monitor and evaluate existing labor relations policies and recommend improvements - Handle escalated HR Shared Services cases that go beyond Tier I resolution - Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases and prepare reports for senior management - Serve as a change agent by sponsoring and supporting organizational evolution initiatives - Work effectively within union environments where applicable Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee and labor relations or a comparable HR role - In-depth knowledge of India labor laws and regulatory compliance - Familiarity with labor regulations across other APAC countries is an added advantage - Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Proficiency in HR software platforms and data analysis tools - Hands-on experience managing employee relations cases, grievances, and escalations Why Join Us At NCR Voyix, you will be part of a globally inclusive organization that values individuality, promotes performance-based growth, and encourages every team member to reach their full potential. - 5 plus years of experience in employee and labor relations or similar HR role - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Strong knowledge of India labor laws and APAC regulations - Experience handling employee grievances, complaints, and escalations - Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools - Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Experience working in a union environment - CHRP certification preferred
