Senior Executive Finance and Accounting APAC

Role Overview Deluxe is a globally renowned entertainment industry services and technology company headquartered in Burbank, California. The company provides end-to-end film and digital solutions spanning production, post-production, broadcast, home entertainment, and asset management across major markets worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Executive in Finance and Accounting to support our APAC region covering Australia, Korea, Japan, Singapore, and New Zealand, reporting to the Finance Manager based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities - Manage general ledger accounting including month-end and year-end closing processes such as journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis - Perform accrual journals, cash forecasting, P and L variance analysis, and intercompany reconciliations - Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and handle Blackline Recon processes - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS standards - Execute daily bank postings, clear control accounts, and perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts - Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and coordinate with treasury teams for optimal liquidity management - Manage expense and income accruals and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls - Oversee the full lifecycle of fixed assets including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal - Maintain fixed asset registers, conduct regular audits, and prepare related journal entries and reconciliation reports - Support intercompany settlements, financial reporting, and statutory audit requirements - Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide accurate and timely documentation Required Qualifications - Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field - CA Inter qualification is preferred - Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience with strong month-end closing exposure - Working knowledge of SAP FICO module is an advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-driven attitude Why Join Us Deluxe offers a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid leave.
