Senior Analyst VMI - Process Lead

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Analyst VMI to join our Finance team in Pune for a fixed-term contract position of 8 to 12 months. This role involves managing general ledger operations, intercompany transactions, accounts receivable and accounts payable activities with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. You will play a key part in ensuring our financial reporting processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Process journal transactions according to standard operating procedures and company guidelines - Post rectification entries to correct errors identified by supervisors and ensure accurate records - Validate Trial Balance, Profit and Loss statements, and Balance Sheet reconciliations on a regular basis - Perform detailed reconciliation of sub-modules against the general ledger Trial Balance to maintain data integrity Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, M.Com, BBA or MBA - Four to seven years of professional experience in General Ledger, Intercompany operations, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable - Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems with good analytical abilities Why Join Us Flex is committed to supporting extraordinary teams that build great products and drive organizational growth.
