Senior Analyst Quality Operations

Role Overview eClerx is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join their quality operations team. This role focuses on maintaining exceptional quality standards in inbound processes while providing leadership and guidance to team members. You will be responsible for ensuring client deliverables are met on time while driving continuous improvement in operational metrics. Key Responsibilities - Provide constructive feedback to team members and conduct regular team huddles to discuss operational performance and updates - Participate in client calibration sessions and monitor key performance indicators to ensure quality standards are maintained - Ensure all client deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and that productivity and quality metrics meet organizational benchmarks - Advocate for and enforce organizational policies and procedures across the team Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in inbound processes - Graduate in any stream - Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis - Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent English language abilities Why Join Us Join eClerx and become part of a dynamic team that values operational excellence and continuous improvement.
