Job Description

Role Overview As a Customer Care Analyst for our Inbound US Voice Process, you will be the primary point of contact for customers calling with inquiries and product interest. Your role combines outstanding customer service delivery with sales and upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining high service standards - Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, asking strategic questions to fully understand their requirements and identify upselling opportunities - Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions while actively seeking sales opportunities - Handle customer objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism to close sales and resolve issues - Document all customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system with details of inquiries, issues, and sales transactions - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by upselling on every appropriate customer call - Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge along with understanding of industry trends and best practices Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a call center environment - Strong multitasking and time management abilities - Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in dynamic situations - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Comfort working in fast-paced environments with flexibility for rotational shifts Why Join Us eClerx offers an opportunity to develop your customer service and sales skills in a dynamic IT services environment while working with US-based customers.
