Senior Process Manager - Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant

Role Overview eClerx is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant to join their consulting team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules and a strong ability to deliver end-to-end functional and technical solutions. This is a full-time permanent role suited for professionals who can work independently on enterprise-wide projects and lead small teams effectively. Key Responsibilities - Provide complete functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules including AR, AP, GL, FA, CE, AGIS, India Localization covering GST and TDS, and Ebtax - Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, test new functionalities, and handle configuration changes and minor customizations - Coordinate with Oracle Support for Service Requests, data fix requests, and Oracle Web Conferences - Support Month-End and Year-End Closure activities to ensure accurate and timely financial period closing - Design and develop technical solutions using Oracle tools including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Forms Builder, Oracle 11G DB, and RICE objects such as Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms, Alerts, and OAF - Perform root cause analysis by reproducing and analyzing issues in test environments - Lead discussions with business and technical teams to clarify functional specifications and build technical design requirements - Guide and mentor small teams to deliver RICE objects on time as per agreed design specifications - Optimize query performance through performance tuning and ensure adherence to CMMI coding standards - Provide user training and documentation for new processes and system changes Required Qualifications - BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, MBA, or CA from a recognized institution - 6 to 10 years of overall experience with strong hands-on exposure to Oracle EBS R12 - Mandatory experience in Financial Modules: AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, and AGIS - Proficiency in PL/SQL, Toad, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms, Reports, Reports and Forms Builder, Alerts, Form Personalizations, XML Publisher, and Seeded APIs - Must have experience in India Localization and Ebtax - Minimum 2 to 3 full-cycle implementation projects and at least 1 project in Application Support - Experience in OAF (Oracle Application Framework) is an added advantage - Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities - Self-starter who can work under minimal supervision on complex enterprise projects Why Join Us eClerx is a globally recognized analytics and process management company offering challenging roles with exposure to large-scale Oracle implementations. - BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MBA/CA qualification - 6 to 10 years of Oracle EBS experience - Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CE, AGIS - Experience with India Localization, GST, TDS, and Ebtax - Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Toad, XML Publisher, and Oracle Forms and Reports Builder - Hands-on experience with RICE objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow - Experience in Form Personalizations and Seeded APIs - Knowledge of OAF (Oracle Application Framework) preferred - At least 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects and 1 support project - Strong performance tuning and query optimization skills - Excellent communication and team leadership abilities - Familiarity with CMMI standards and software quality processes
