Role Overview
EdTerra Edventures Private Limited is looking for a driven and experienced School Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts across educational institutions, EdTech platforms, and corporate training programmes. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage schools, training centres, universities, and corporate learning programmes to generate new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial prospecting through to deal closure, ensuring consistent and sustainable revenue growth
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers including school principals, university administrators, and learning and development managers
- Understand each client's unique learning objectives and propose customised solutions aligned with EdTerra's service offerings
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving needs in the education sector to refine and adapt sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts on a regular basis
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the education, EdTech, or corporate training sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key institutional decision-making processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships

Requirements
