SAP FICO HANA Functional Consultant

Role Overview LTM is looking for an experienced SAP FICO HANA Functional Consultant to join its growing consulting team across Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP FICO functional expertise, hands-on S/4 HANA implementation experience, and the ability to work effectively in an onshore-offshore delivery model. Key Responsibilities - Lead and contribute to SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and system integration projects - Understand business requirements and create high-level solution designs for finance and controlling modules - Apply functional knowledge in Record-to-Report processes and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) - Work closely with client-facing teams and business stakeholders to provide expert financial domain guidance - Handle internal order accounting, cost centre management, assessments, top-down distributions, and other CO-PA functionalities - Support knowledge transfer activities and stay current with SAP S/4 HANA trends and advancements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an onshore-offshore delivery environment Required Qualifications - 6 to 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with at least 2 to 3 full implementation life cycles - Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation on SAP S/4 HANA is mandatory - Strong functional knowledge of FI and CO modules including profitability analysis and cost centre accounting - Good understanding of financial domain processes and ability to advise client business teams - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - MBA or PGDM qualification preferred - SAP S/4 HANA certification is an added advantage - Knowledge of ABAP debugging, Report Painter, and Analysis Office in Excel is a plus Why Join Us LTM offers a collaborative and high-growth consulting environment where you will work on marquee SAP transformation projects with leading clients. - 6 to 10 years of SAP FICO functional experience - At least 2 to 3 full SAP implementation life cycles - Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation - Strong knowledge of FI and CO modules including CO-PA, cost centres, and internal order accounting - Experience with implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and system integration - Hands-on knowledge of Record-to-Report processes and Profitability Analysis - Strong financial domain knowledge with client advisory experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good team player with strong interpersonal skills - SAP S/4 HANA certification is an added advantage - Knowledge of ABAP debugging and Report Painter is a plus - Analysis Office in Excel knowledge is an added advantage
